We ship our packages with FedEx and Bpost. Your parcel will be prepared by us utmost care and shipped with by one of these professional shipping companies.

You receive a track&trace number as soon as your parcel is on its way. So that you can follow your parcel at any given moment.

Delivery times

The delivery times will be stated next to each product in the product description. Most products will be delivered between 1-3 business days.

Some exceptions are products that take up to 10 days delivery.

In case the time frame can’t be realized, Fungifts will notify you as soon as possible. We will do everything in our control to get your personalised products on time59

What if I’m not home?

our parcel will be delivered again the next day.

If you know that you won’t be home the next day, you can let your package be delivered to a different address or to a parcel shop close to your home, via your track&trace number.

Can I return my delivery if I’m not satisfied?

Fungifts aims to provide the best shopping experience for customers. As our products are personalised, we do not accept returns, but replacements or refunds are offered in certain cases. If there is even a minor quality or printing issue, we will often offer solutions such as a free new product or a refund, so please contact our customer service team at [email protected]. We will discuss it and together find a suitable solution to guarantee satisfaction. Fungifts reserves the right to decide on replacements or refunds on a case-by-case basis. A decision regarding your item will be made within 2 business days. Should a replacement or refund be offered, it will be sent within 5 business days.

Can I order my parcel to a different address?

You can always order your package straight to any address in Europe. This can be done by clicking on ‘Delivery to different address’, in step 1 of your order under ‘billing information’

What we mean by ‘next day dispatched’:

By next day we mean the next business-day after the payment came through. Your parcel is sent out with FedEx, and they bring it to your in 1-3 business days.
